**Design and Selection**

Layout. Tile. Vanity. Shower or tub configuration. Fixtures. We walk you through decisions in the right order so nothing gets changed after work starts. Changes during construction cost time and money. Getting it right before the demo is how we avoid that.

**Demolition**

Controlled, contained, and clean. We protect the rest of your home. When Vermont homes are opened up, they often reveal surprises — original knob-and-tube wiring, cast iron pipes, moisture damage behind walls. We deal with what we find directly and tell you what we found.

**Waterproofing and Rough Work**

This is the work nobody photographs. Proper waterproofing behind the tile and in the shower area is what determines whether your renovation holds up in five years or starts failing in two. We don’t skip steps here.

**Tile and Installation**

Tile is set to a layout planned before the first piece goes down. Fixtures are installed correctly and to code. The vanity, toilet, and lighting go in as part of a coordinated finish sequence — not whoever shows up first.

**Finishing**

Trim. Caulk. Paint. Mirrors and accessories. The final details that determine how the project looks for the next decade. We don’t rush the finish.

**Walkthrough**

Before the project is complete, you walk through it with us. Everything works. Everything is clean. Nothing is left to follow up on later.
